Whether you are a complete beginner or have done many studio pilates classes, you will be welcomed and well supported at Coreology. We offer mat pilates, fit ball pilates and strong bones pilates for clients of all ages and abilities. Our pilates studio goal is to support you to improve your functional movement, fitness and well-being. Classes are deliberately kept small to offer the individualised attention you need to learn the techniques and to be able to tailor exercises for clients with different physical abilities and needs.
